ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Organically and shade grown in Chelbesa kebele (village) in Yirgacheffe. This naturally processed coffee takes immense planning and consideration since it can take four weeks to fully dry the coffee cherries! This process allows for very fruity, floral, and unique coffee flavors that we have all come to love.
